应用行业： 压滤机分为板框式压滤机和厢式压滤机，它是一种间歇性的加压过滤设备，用于各种悬浮液的固液分离。它是依靠压紧装置将滤板压紧，再将悬浮液用进料泵压入滤室，通过滤布来达到将固体颗粒和液体物料分离的目的。整机结构简单，分离效果好，使用方便，使用范围广，广泛用于矿山、冶金、石油、化工、医药、纺织、印染、造纸、食品、酒精、无机盐、洗煤以及污水处理等领域。 Filter presses can be divided into plate and frame type and chamber type. It is one kind of intermittent filter equipment. It is used for solid-liquid separation of various suspending liquid. Filter plates are pressed by pressing devices, and then suspension is pumped into the filter chamber. Solid particles and liquid is separated through filter cloth. The products are simple in structure but good in separating effects, convenient in use, and widely used in mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, medicine, textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, foodstuff, alcohol, inorganic salt, coal washing, dyestuff and sewage treatment industries.

结构与工作原理 structure and operating principle
1、 压滤机由机架、滤板、压紧系统（手动、机械、液压三种形式）和电气控制柜组成。
2、 机架部分起支撑压紧装置和滤板的作用，由机座、压紧板、止推板和主梁组成。
3、 滤板安装在压紧板和止推板之间的主梁上，中间装有滤布。
4、 工作时，由压紧装置（油缸活塞杆或丝杆）推动压紧板，将位于压紧板和止推板之间的滤板和滤布压紧，被压紧的滤板与滤板之间就形成了滤室，由料泵压入的物料从止推板进料孔进入各个滤室，固体颗粒被截留在滤室内，并形成滤饼，液体则透过滤饼和滤布由出液孔排出机体外。若需要对滤饼进行洗涤，可用尾板上的洗液口通入洗涤水对滤饼进行洗涤。若需将滤饼吹干，可由洗液口通入压缩空气，将滤饼吹干。
5、 板框式压滤机架的结构与厢式压滤机相同，只是过滤部分是一板一框和滤布组成，板框空间是滤室。
